FERRARI - TRENTO
One of the most highly regarded Spumante producers in Italy, Ferrari are based in Trento in the North where the warm days are tempered by cool evenings which allows fragrant aromas and fresh acidity to be retained in these fantastic fizzy wines. The production method follows that of Champagne and the end result is of a high quality world class wine.

VALLIS AGRI - TRENTINO
A top quality co-operative with an international reputation for the quality of its wines.The separate vineyard vinification adopted by Vallis Agri along with warm days and cool nights are key to the concentrated individual wines produced.

MUSELLA - VENETO
Emilio Pasqua bought this beautiful small thirty hectare estate thirteen years ago with a driving ambition to make top end Valpolicella and Amarone. These ambitions have been realised through the passionate commitment of each member of the Pasqua family who have all played their part in putting these beautiful hand crafted wines on the vinous map.

ROCCOLO GRASSI - VENETO
This Gambero Rosso Tre Bicchieri producer has so little wine to sell that it is released on strict allocation at an international level for top restaurants. The winemaker and owner Marco Sartori is focused on the character and purity of the individual grape varieties and this focus along with the age of the vines produces an amazing depth, concentration and richness in his wines.

SUAVIA - VENETO
Another Gambero Rosso Tre Bicchieri producer who are making some of the most exceptional white wines in Italy. Suavia's vineyards occupy top sites in the classico region and from the vineyard work through to the label design this estate is family run with an the emphasis on fruit quality and natural processes in the winery forming a major part of their philosophy.

OMBRA - VENETO
Ombra Prosecco comes from Vallis Mareni near Venice, this sparkling producer places high importance on the delicate floral aromas naturally occurring in the character of the grapes being retained in the final glass of wine, this coupled with the gentle fizz in the wine makes this a delicious refreshing aperitif.

VILLA TERLINA - PIEDMONT
This is a tiny producer who have made their name specialising in the Barbera grape, the particular clone they work with is from Asti. The wines are powerful rich and concentrated but with rich berry fruits and great structure and length, these wines will keep well and mature beautifully.

MARCHESI DI GRESY - PIEDMONT
The Marchesi is a Gambero Rosso Tre Bicchieri producer with a world wide reputation. The age of the vines, the location of the vineyards and the care that goes into these hand crafted wines by the estates New Zealand winemaker leads to wines that are true to the grape varieties, elegant and have great ageing potential.

CASTELLO DI MELETO - TUSCANY
This is modern Chianti at its best where the attention is focused on the ripeness of the grapes, modern processes in the winery, good blending of the final cuvees and careful use of oak lead to a well balanced fruit driven Chianti range that delivers at every level.

PIEVE DI SPALTENNA - TUSCANY
The second label from the Meleto estate, new wave fruit driven Chianti at an affordable price. The producer has access to several hundred hectares of grapes which allows for careful fruit selection which when coupled with modern vinification techniques offers an international style of Chianti.

CANNETO - TUSCANY
This small estate has been awarded two glasses by the Gambero Rosso so fair to say a rising star in Italy. They offer elegant stylish Vino Nobile di Montepulciano, the wines are dense and concentrated with well balanced tannins with great length.

CASTELLO ROMITORIO - TUSCANY
Sandro Chia the famous artist owns this Brunello Di Montalcino Tuscan estate, his paintings are used on many of the estates wine labels but the critical thing is that these are really great wines, Tre Bicchieri have been awarded for their fruit, elegance and intensity.

TENUTE DE ANGELIS - MARCHE
Most would consider the Marche to be a non classic region of production in Italy but the Gambero Rosso have awarded this estate located near the coast Tre Bicchieri for the quality of its wines. As well as top end creations the estate offers real value for money fruit driven wines.

MAROTTI CAMPI - MARCHE
This small producer is a rising star of the region who is producing an elegant aromatic Verdicchio and Rubico which is made from Lacrima di Morro D'Alba grapes. This variety is very rare and is only in production in around 100 hectares across Italy, the resultant wine has an aroma of rose petals.

GULFI - SICILY
This unique producer is renowned for his red wines which are all made from the indigenous Nero D'Avola grape from Sicily. The approach is to vinify each wine depending on the location of the vineyards and soil composition, in effect a Cru system. The mature age of the vines also contribute these great wines.

CUSUMANO - SICILY
Cusumano own several hundred hectares of vineyards in several areas of Sicily so there is no shortage of good fruit, they make a range of wines from indigenous grapes as well as a smattering in international varieties which add structure and depth to these Tre Biccheri wines.

PIANA DEL SOLE - PUGLIA
Luigi Rubino and his family developed this new wave Puglian project which focuses on indigenous grapes, modern technology and fruit driven styles of wine. Most of the vineyards are in Salento and although southern in location the sea breeze plays a key part in keeping the fruit in the wines vibrant.

TENUTE RUBINO - PUGLIA
The estate of the Rubino family based in Salento and a Tre Biccheri producer, they are passionate and have a reputation for innovation, indigenous grape varieties and deep, powerful wines. The family were so focused on getting the wines from the estate right that they experimented for two years before the first commercial vinification was made.

BENANTI - SICILY
The Benanti family have been making wine here since the 1800's, the winery is located on the slopes of Mount Etna and this volcanic influence in the soil can clearly be detected on the aromas and the palate of particularly the white wines which have floral aromas and a clean mineral underlying structure.

BALBI SOPRANI - PIEDMONT
This co-operative produces excellent value Barbera, Moscato and Barolo - typically they focus on concentrated fruit, good structure and an approachable wine style.

PODERE RUGGERI CORSINI - PIEDMONT
A very small estate, this is a young progressive producer who is making Barbera, Barolo and Dolcetto d'Alba. The wines are made in the classic Monferrato area of production with a focus on depth of fruit as a signature style.
